Born to John August Meyer and Hazel Claire Buxton Meyer and with her two sisters, Marjorie and Edythe (Fritz), became The Meyer Sisters. Sang in the church choir as a child and her whole life, becoming a senior choir director for 20 years. Married Gene Robert Barlament on October 8, 1955. Children are Nancy Jean Barlament Stafford, Jane Marie Barlament and Julie Ann Barlament Neal. Died of ovarian cancer on May 22, 1985.
