To my Dearest Father,
Well 17 years ago today you went to be with Jesus and ride on those Eagles wings. I miss you but I know you’re in a good place with your mom and dad as well as the rest of our family. I just want you to know that I have your bible and there is a picture in it that looks like you may be carried in your wallet. I have a feeling it is your mom and dad (my grandparents.) Gram was much younger and Acel Sr. well... you look like him! I can only hope to be a fraction of the person you were. I see you sometimes in the things I do and the gestures I make. Please know how proud I am to be your daughter. Thank you for my middle name; you don’t know how much that means to me. I am definitely your kid and you made sure I knew it always even if I changed my last name! We all miss you and love you very much.
