I was Judy McGehee from 1974 till 1984. I just learned thru this site, on 12-10-11, that Alli had passed on. I spent 10 wonderful years with her and grieved for several more years when she walked out. Times were hard for her, healthwise, and She asked me to never look back... however... even though we parted in October of '84 and I have been in a wonderful marriage to a Pastor for these past 21 years, she has been in my mind everyday of my life.
The kind of love we shared is not one that is dismissed. Her smile could melt you... her tears drew out yours... and her laughter brought joy... I only started to search for her because my health is failing... I have had a stroke and 2 heart attacks... I have no photos of her or anyone anymore... My home burned to the ground last summer. I am so sad, and grieving the loss all over again... and mow my only prayer is to be able to see her on the other side some day.
