He was a German political scientist. He died shortly before his 90th birthday. Passion and judgment were the two qualities that the German political scientist Wilhelm Hennis probably the most distinguished. Hennis was a Professor at the Pedagogical College of Hannover (1960), 2 years later he became a Professor in Hamburg, and then he was a Professor Emeritus at Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg (1967-2012).
