To whom it may concern,
I am looking for information on Wilhelm Goelz. He passed away on July 5, 1997. His address was 2300 Cascade Street, Hood River, Oregon. I am married to his daughter. We have been married for 42 years. I looking for information on her family; Mother and brother (s) or Sister(s). She never knew her mother, does not even know her name. She does not have any information or knowledge about her family other than her father. She does not even have her birth certificate because her father kept it from her. She was born in Bremerhaven, Germany in 1949. She is going to need her birth certificate to apply for her Social Security soon and does not know how we could get a copy from Germany. If you have any information on record of Mr. Goelz's family and papers, photos, anything. Could you please let me know and could I possibly get any copies. If you have any question to verify this request, please let me know.
