Crecencio Antunez was born on June 15, 1976 in Guerrero Mexico and came to the U.S. 1 Year later with parents Santos Antunez and Rosalia Antunez-Gomez.
He was the second oldest of 6, 1 brother and 4 sister.
He was a respected young man and loved by many people. Chencho as people knew him by was a down to earth person. He was the life of the party. He had many many friends in his life cause of his wonderful energy and personality and his love of life.
Crecencio lived in Chicago all his life he
never married and didn't have children. Though he loved his niece Jessenia Antunez like his own daughter.
Crecencio fell victim of Juvenile Diabetes in 1997. Even though he had type 1 diabetes his energy and love for others never changed.
He passed away in Geneva Wisconsin on a family outing and his sister Irma(deceased)discovered him drowning in the lake and alerted their parents of the happenings.
Crecencio was pulled out from the lake by scuba divers and was pronounced dead on the scene.
Cause of death, drowning.
His body was laid to rest in his hometown of Chicago which he loved so much.
Crecencio Antunez was burried at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
He is survived by his father, Santos Antunez and mother, Rosalia Antunez-Gomez, brother Oscar Antunez, sisters, Irma Antunez(deceased), Mercedalia Antunez, Maria Antunez-Perez, Imelda Antunez, Niece, Jessenia Antunez.
Sister Irma Antunez passed away July 07, 2001 at the age of 28.
