Was an american entrepreneur, leader of Little Tokyo and creator of mochi ice cream. She rose to fame as the inventor of mochi ice cream. She took over Mikawaya - confectionary business by her family. After he took over the company Mikawaya, the company grew and expanded. She died from lung cancer.
