was a Colombian singer-songwriter. He is considered one of the great representatives of the Colombian tropical music ("Musica Tropical"). He was a singer with "The Teen Agers", then the lead singer of "Los Hispanos" Later he left Los Hispanos (Codiscos) to form "Los Graduados".[citation needed]
A famous dance song of the band Los Graduados, sung by Gustavo "El Loco" Quintero is "Asi Empezaron Papa Y Mama". He was called "LOKO" for his stage antics, he was the first showman of Colombian tropical music.[citation needed]
