Died in Tucson, AZ. in a nursing home. Started a machining business in New Berlin Wi. Sold out to Stimics and then violated the terms of sale by competing against Stimics. Was discovered what he was illegally doing and successfully sued by the Stimics. Sold another business to his Son that his Son was originally responsible for. Joe made a lot of money off of his Son's successful running of the business for him. Joe then embezzled money after the sale from his Son. He was greedy and a bully.
