Her real name was Margaret Beda Nicholsonwas. She was an British crime fiction writer known by the nickname Margaret Yorke. Margaret wrote her first novel, Summer Flight in 1957 and since then has written more than forty books. She married Basil Nicholson and they had together two children a son and a daughter
