better known as Mauro Viale, was an Argentine journalist and television presenter. He started out in sports and later turned to general and entertainment journalism.
Viale started his career in the 1970s as a sports journalist and transmitting matches of the Argentine Primera División and later of the 1978 FIFA World Cup as well as of the 1986 FIFA World Cup.
On 8 April 2021, Viale tested positive for COVID-19 and was admitted at the Sanatorio Los Arcos on the same day.
