Max Coll was an American lawyer and politician.
Born in Roswell, New Mexico, Coll served in the United States Army. He graduated from the University of Missouri and then received his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. He practiced law and worked in the oil industry. He served in the New Mexico House of Representatives from 1967 to 1974 and then from 1980 to 2004 first as a Republican and then as a Democrat. He died in Santa Fe, New Mexico as a result of a stroke.
