Biography
Ralph Pampena He was a longtime Pittsburgh Police leader and known Pittsburgh police chief who served as head of homicide and city police chief. Shortly he served aas a security director at Carnegie Mellon University. Pampena had two daughters: Linda Marie Devine and Judy Findlay and one son Michael. He died from cancer on December 15, 2012.
