He was a Dutch physician and politician. During his career Kruisinga served as a State Secretary in the Cabinet De Jong and later of Transport in Biesheuvel Cabinet. He also served as a member of the House, chairman TK, member of Senate and Ministry. He died on December 7, 2012 in Wassenaar.
