I believe this is Uncle Walt to my Mother. He was the guardian of my Grandma Grace E. Force and her 5 sisters Marian, Laura, Henrietta, Estella, and Bessie. He was quite wealthy according to my Mom with owning houses in New York, Florida and somewhere near the coast of Main.
