I am her oldest daughter, of 3, that Judy K. Cutshall-Studebaker-Epperson-Becker abandoned and treated like an unwanted dog. She abandoned me at 10 years of age, and used my SSN for rediculous bills, leaving me to deal with her abuse and financial burden as an adult. Horrible mother and a horrible drug addict. Makes for a horrible person and thief, who stole the life from me...as a child and still as a grown lady.
