Phillipe was my Great Grandfather who lived in Oberlin, LA. when I was young. He was a very gentle and loving soul to all of us. His wife was Marsolite (Vizzena?). He had been a farmer.
He died in Kinder,LA. Several years before his death he lost one ear from skin cancer (I believe).
He was buried near family in the Oberlin Cemetary.
I would like to learn about this branch of the Fontenot tree.
