My mom died due to a simple knee replacement surgery post-op !!! she was transfered to the pasco county re-hab in florida where the doctors lost page 4 of her medication sheet, stating she needed blood thinners while she was there !!! needless to say 3 doctors that were in charge of her care never gave her any blood thinners , thus making her have 2 blood clots that traveled to her lungs and killed her !!! these incompetant doctors murdered her as far as i am concerned, they were neglectful and did not even have the common sense to give her blood thinners which is standard after any post - op surgery !!! may these 3 doctors rot in hell !!!
