even know where to begin. Probably the highlight of his life was meeting Hedy Jo Star - America;s first sex change and authoress of "I Changed My Sex." With Hedy Jo's blessing Greg Kamm visited all the third world countries and proclaimed the good news: You can change your sex too. In Thailand Greg was revered as a Goddess. Looking back on Greg Kamm now - my fondest hope is to see all the drag queens come out of their
