I can't stop thinking of ways that Kathy influenced me! She convinced me that college in California was free! We planned to go there together. Then after the tragedy I went anyway. I am still in the Sacramento, CA area teaching school after all these years. I know she wanted to be a nurse, or at least that was her major at that time. If not for Kathy, I would not have the life I have now!
