This is apparently from the Social Security Death Index. John's last name was actually "Bishoff" but obviously a typographical error was made in creating his death record by the Social Security Folks. His full name was, "John Douglas Bishoff." I was a close friend of John's in High School and College, but we lost contact after he graduated in 1976. I would be interested in finding out where he is buried and any other information regarding his adult life. I only found out about his death after I wrote his Father, Jack Bishoff (now deceased)in the summer of 1991, but that is another story.
