This is my mother. The toughest, most amazing woman. I was very lucky to have called her mom. She married young. Had 6 children. Divorced her abusive husband, raising 6 kids alone. She met John Hall a few years later. They married May 8, 1972 and had me! :) She was widowed in 1982 as her beloved husband was killed in an auto accident. Tragically, 2 years later she was diagnosed with an aggressive, cancerous brain tumor that took her life on July 4, 1985. Her first biological grandchild was born 6 weeks later. She fought so hard and was a warrior to the end. I long for her until we meet again.....
