This is my Cousin. His Father Brice Tilghman Sr. and my Grandmother Hazel Dorothy Tilghman-Festus were siblings. We are in Pennsylvania where the Family resided but the Tilghman's were born in Pokomoke Maryland on the Easter Shore of Maryland.
