Arnold Appelson I am in shock and sorrow at the finding of this notice. Although we had a rocky ending, mine and Arnie's relationship never did quite end. We had a wonderful beginning and a close marriage until my personal problems ultimately broke us apart. However through the years, we attempted to re connect and the few times I flew back to New York from my home town of New Hampshire, our love for each other was still there. I am deeply saddened that Arnie's last trip to see me was so horribly interrupted, yet again by my family and wish so much that I had gotten to see him. I have no doubt in my heart that we would have been back together as my issues had been long since resolved. I miss you always the love of my lifetime and wish for you peace......I still have just a few photos of you...one at my mothers house in NH, a photo of your old car, a photo of you playing with my schnauzer and a photo of me taken in your Brooklyn apt (my mother not knowing where it was taken actually has it hanging...you had a beautiful red couch with a full mirror on the wall........what a horrible thing that I found out quite accidentally while actually searching for you in the hopes that I could call you. I wish for you the peace that you never had in life.....you are always with me.......Sandi
