I thought perhaps that I might find an obituary of Art's life. He may have been instrumental in developing many musicians' lives by his acumen and adroit mentorship. Alas there doesn't seem to be one. The A. R. Bacon in question was a CMSGT in the Air Force Band career field. This may not be him however.
