I am one of the co-facilitators of the Micronesian Committee of the Hawaii Conference, United Church of Christ. From the files of Rev. Tuck Wah Lee, I learned that the Micronesian Committee of the HCUCC was established by the motion made by Rev. Chester Terpstra at a Aha Pae`aina gathering of the HCUCC. I want to obtain as much information about Rev. Chester Terpstra and his role in the Micronesian Committee of the HCUCC. I will be traveling to Pohnpei in July of this year to participate in the Rongamwahu and speak at the Ohwa Christian Academy. I understand that both Chester and Margery Terpstra taught at the Ohwa Mission School.

Chester Terpstra's cremated remains were interred at Rose City Cemetery, 5625 NE Fremont St, Portland, OR, on August 4th, 2017 along with Margery Williams Terpstra (his wife),recently deceased.
