My Step Dad. He worked as an electrician for General Motors. He loved his T-Birds and his home in Arcadia, Calif. Anytime and most times I visited, the first day was usually commited to a repair of some kind to one of his many cars, not all T-Birds but most fords as he would hate the idea of a Chevy in his garage! He was full of one liners! He lost a leg to gangrene and that was the beginning of his end. I visited him at the hospital and brought him his favorite in&out double cheeseburger and to cheer him up I lied and told him they took off the wrong leg but after removing the other leg he could not sue because he wouldn't have a leg to stand on. That didn't go over as well as I hoped. I miss you and the time we spent together over coffee and cars.
