Biography
Geraldine E Joanides Geraldine was born Geraldine Elizabeth Zarick in Brooklyn, NY on 8/19/39. She attended Ft. Hamilton High School. After graduation, she worked as a meddical transcriptionist at a VA hospital. She met her future husband, Gus Joanides when she was just 13 years old and they married in 1962. The couple moved to Miami where they raised two children. Geraldine was a devoted and loving wife and mother. She passed away on 1/19/99, after a long battle with thyroid cancer.
