Jack Harold Jones, Jr. was an Arkansas death row inmate convicted of the 1995 rape and murder of Mary Phillips, whom he beat and strangled, and the near-fatal beating of herr 11-year-old daughter Lacy Phillips (born c. May 1984) during a botched robbery in Bald Knob, Arkansas.
