Jack Lawson (1925-1981) *56

Jack Lawson Jack Lawson taught grade school in Springfield district of Akron , Ohio 1950s 1975 . He was a very good teacher and the children all liked him. With being a teacher he also had a good since of humor Jack served in World war 2 He became ill with TB and was later sent home He recovered and got his teaching degree. At around 9 years old his father died unexpected and left his Mother Sue Lawson to re two young boys. She also became a teacher in Barberton Ohio They lived together. To me he was my Uncle and a very good one , generous, fun loving .He and his mother (grandma to me ) included us on trips every summer and payed our ways. Jack never married he died of a heat attack on St Patrick's day 1981 leaving his 82 year old Mother. My father Robert passed in 1986 in the same way, leaving there Mother without her boys and her husband. She lived on to the age or 97 passing in 1995 Burial is in Greenlawn Cemetery Akron Ohio
