Biography
Jon Ramon Aboitiz was a Spanish Filipino businessman, and the president of the Aboitiz & Company and Aboitiz Equity Ventures, part of the Aboitiz Group. He started withh the Aboitiz Group in 1970, after graduating from the University of Santa Clara, California with a B.S. Commerce, major in Management. From a manager he became its president in 1976 and in 1991 became president of Aboitiz & Co. of the Aboitiz Shipping Corp.
