I just decided to do a few searches.
Karen "Corky" was my first crush. She was terrific to be with! She had a vibrant, bubbly personality! She loved to laugh. At the time I think I did my best to keep her happ. y
We saw each other almost every day at the Palm Beach Swim Club, located on the NE corner of PA Route 420 (a/k/a Woodland Avenue) and Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA 19064. [As of the date of this posting, there is an auto dealer on that same site.]
I met her brother, Ron, and her parents here as well.
From the summer of 1963 until the autumn of 1964, Karen and I saw each other and dated quite a few times - outside the confines of the Swim Club. I don't recall the reason the relationship ended.
