Major Harris III He was an popular American R&B singer and a former and member of the soul group the Delfonics. He sang with several groups: the Charmers, the Jarmels and Frankie Lymon’s. Teenagers The cause of death was congestive heart and lung failure. Harris began to give solo career, in 1974. He recorded many blues singles, most popular was a singel "Love Won't Let Me Wait".
