Biography
Mangala Moonesinghe was a Sri Lankan lawyer, politician and diplomat. He was Sri Lankan High Commissioner to the United Kingdom from 2000 to 2002 and Sri Lankan High Commmissioner to India from 1995 to 2000. Serving as a Member of Parliament in the periods of 1965–1977 and 1989–1994.
