She was well-known as an actress of radio, stage, film and TV. Patricia started her acting career after she won amateur contest in 1930. Her first role as an radio actress was in Village Glee Club and in serial Caltex theatre. Patricia played on many TV movies and plays like Emergency, Consider Your Verdict, Homicide, Prisoner, Young Ramsay, The Sullivans, The Weekly’s War, Land Of Hope, Kindred Spirits, Five Mile Creek, Return To Eden, The Flying Doctors, GP and A Country Practice. She was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for her contribution to the arts, in 1982. She died on December 10, 2012.
