This is my wife's uncle. Born Paul F. Houck. He changed his name. We just found this info by looking at Social Security records. Got SS number in 1939 as Paul F. Houck, son of Joe & Bernice. Changed name in 1946 to Chapman. Family is from Akron, Ohio area. Please contact us. My mother-in-law passed in 2012. She wanted nothing more than knowing what became of her brother. He left Akron in 1943. Is there family?
