He was an Argentine Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church. He was ordained a bishop in 1938, twenty years later was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Salta and Titular Bishop of Tenedus in 1958. Later served as a bishop of the Diocese of San Francisco in Argentina and Titular bishop of Castellum in Mauretania. Died on December 11, 2012 and is buried in Salta, Argentina.
