She and her husband are buried in Brownwood, TX, at Greenleaf Cemetery, near their daughter, Bertha Leola Cosby, who died at age 16. Their remaining daughters, Mary Elizabeth Burt, Jean Cosby Dobson, and Nathalia Joaquinne Seiler are deceased and buried in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, TX and the National Cemetery near Chattanooga, TN.
Savana was my maternal grandmother, lived in Schertz, TX until her death in August 1972. Birthday was November 5, 1899. Was married for over 50 years to Richard Roy Cosby until his death in 1971.
