24 Mar 2012: I received a Chevron/Texaco credit card offer addressed to Vera P. Ferris. Russ Lines, Manager, Consumer Card Operations, says Vera is pre-qualified! I hope she doesn't mind if I don't forward it to her. I doubt she'll find any gas stations near her current residence.
