Born in Franklin County on Oct. 20 1907, he was the son of John and Mariah Young Schlechtweg. He was married in 1931 to the Former Flora Toney, who died in January of 1959. On October 7 1960 he married the former Vina Christian Clark, who survives. He had retired after 36 years of employment at National Metals in Connersville. He was a member of the Andersonville Church of the Nazarene. I miss you grandpa
