My husband and I are general contractors and our crew found what we believe is a headstone for Mr Riley at a home in the 29210 zip code area. We're trying to locate family or friends of this young man. We did reach out to the VA who told us that they appreciated our effort, but that we should dispose of the headstone. Since the headstone shows he was a fellow serviceman, we felt like this was disrespectful without making every effort to locate someone first. If anyone who knows anything should see this message, we would be most appreciative for any assistance you could offer.
