My mother is Gloria V Chartraw.
After gastric bypass surgery at UCLA medical center she had discharged herself without my father Bill knowing. He picked her up to take her home and upon the skilled nurse visit early that evening she was transported to an accuse care facility in Riverside CA where she passed of heart failure the next morning. She was cremated and my father spread her ashes on top of a mountain in central Oregon.
