Ramesh Chandra Agarwal was a Media proprietor of India who passed away on 12 April 2017. He owned the Dainik Bhaskar group of newspapers that has a presence in 26 cities andd six states of India and has an estimated readership of over 15 million. He was been on the Board of D.B. Corp Limited since 10 December 2005. He held a post-graduate degree (Master’s in Arts) in Political Science from Bhopal University, Bhopal. He had over 42 years of experience in the publishing and newspaper business and was engaged in the running of the organization for over four decades.
