I don't know if this will reach members of Steve's family, but I send my sincere condolences even though they are several years late. I am an old friend of Steve's from Clairemont High School. I last saw Steve at a gathering in San Diego and he was living in Las Vegas. After giving our contact information, we never heard from him again. Our 30 year reunion was a couple of months ago and many classmates were concerned since we knew how much Steve loved his fellow alumni and could not imagine he would miss the reunion.
